for tonight. second one the rain energy with this heads towards southern california, especially by friday but this will be a rain producer for us and also a significant wind producer. here is a closer inspection. the clouds and basically that moisture tap approaching the bay area. rainfall rates will be increasing this afternoon. could be picking up, in fact, it will be heavy tonight. we're talking about some thunderstorm chances as well. we are expecting downpours especially between about 3:00 and 7:00 later on today. for today, heavy rain for the afternoon and evening commute. gusty winds and thunderstorms likely. for your friday, mostly cloudy. tomorrow could be considered our break day. thursday should be the break day. on friday, this will be the major wind propose dueser. we could have winds gusting to 50 miles an hour and the chance of thunderstorms. in terms of totals, the coastal hills could have amounts topping 4 inches. the north bay on the other side of 3 inches. central portions of the bay, 1.75 and san jose, 1.25. they've had a nice start with the rainfall picking up earlier
, but you can see it's going for hard to shake some of this energy from this storm system. and then our next system lines up, not by thursday evening at 5:00 p.m. but it's speeding up a little bit on that timing. so the heaviest rainfall is going to get here. the overnight hours of friday, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, and likely a heavy zone of rainfall continuing through friday. as we head throughout saturday, we'll see this rainfall begin to exit parts of the bay area. so friday looks very wet for us. we've been tracking the wind here across the bay. i want to get you the wind cast. throughout tomorrow, it's going to be coming down, winds 10 to 15 miles per hour. then throughout friday morning, again, as that next storm system lines up, we'll see areas at the coastline that could see winds top 50 miles per hour. again, that combined with the rainfall is why i'm so concerned with friday's storm and the potential of more power outages, and more trees coming down. so we could see a repeat performance throughout friday. on your forecast for thursday, a few breaks of sunshine in here by the afternoon. 63

everything. until now i don't think i realized that i still had some shame energy on it. i was surprised that it brought up so many emotions. i defiantly think you have to be prepared though. it isn't a matter of not telling the truth or telling the whole truth. this was part of my life that got closed and i like that. it's been a secret because i bought into the mistake just under a year after the biggest loser i was offered a free bariatric surgery and i went and had a gastric sleeve, you know and uh, then i was able to lose the last 50 pounds. a gastric sleeve is a surgery that takes down the size of your stomach, from the expanded size, they take part of the stomach off so it doesn't leak or anything and you have a smaller stomach, instead of an 80 ounce, my stomach then only could 8 ounces, no doubt i've stretched it out maybe 16 now. when you have a little bity stomach instead of a full stomach, you can only eat so much. i don't have any foreign bodies in my stomach, i don't have a lap band,
